1Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days after order is confirmed and payment is received.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Seller Products: Products from our seller marketplace may have their own processing times (shown on the product page). Typically 3–7 additional working days.

3Delivery Coverage
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. Remote or difficult-to-access areas may take 1–3 additional days beyond the standard timeline.
4Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can track your order status on the My Orders page. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
5Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery twice more. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply and must be borne by the customer.
