7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery

Wrong product or wrong variant received

Product is significantly different from the description on the website

Missing items or accessories that were part of the product listing

3How to Request a Return

    Contact us within 7 days of delivery

    Email support@bombaebazaar.com or WhatsApp 9920958167 with your Order ID and reason for return.

    Share photos or a video

    For damaged or incorrect products, send clear photos/video of the product and packaging. This helps us process your request faster.

    Return pickup arranged

    Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 2–4 working days. Do not send the product without our confirmation.

    Refund processed

    Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–15 working days to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: 7–15 working days from the date the returned product is received and verified by us.

Refund method: Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer - please share your bank details when contacting us.

Bombae Coins: Any Bombae Coins used in the original order will be restored to your account upon successful return.

5Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery or immediately take unboxing photos/video. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence. Damaged product claims made after 48 hours without evidence may not be accepted.
